Broken gear or damage to the vessel 

Customer is financially responsible for any and all damages he or she may do to the vessel, gear, upholstery, gelcoat or anything related. Your credit card will be saved on file incase of damages. By booking a trip you have read, understand and consent to this policy and your authorization will no be ask for or needed to charge your card on file and in no way shape or form do you hold Bite me charters legally liable for any charges we might place on your credit card.
